BETTER POSTURE
No matter how dedicated we are to our yoga practice, what we do the rest of the time has a lot more influence on our health and wellbeing.
In this workshops you'll examine common postural patterns in both lower body and upper body, and work with a partner to uncover your own.
You'll then learn simple practices, stretches and myofascial release techniques you can use at home to build better biomechanical balance, including:

How to release your hip flexors, fire your glutes, and relieve lower back pain

Chest opening and mid-back strengthening techniques to reduce neck and shoulder pain

Half-day workshop, open to all levels of yoga experience.
