Sun salutations feature in every vinyasa practice. Uncover your ideal alignment in foundational vinyasa poses like Tadasana, Downward Dog, Chaturanga, and Upward Dog, and learn how to best support your joints in common vinyasa transitions.

 

Feel lighter & stronger, reduce your risk of injury, and create a foundation your practice can build on.

Expect a brief overview of spine & shoulder anatomy, and partner work to break down each pose and transition. The workshop finishes with a brief vinyasa practice to help you put theory into practice. 

3.5 hour workshop, open to beginners as well as more advanced students looking to refine the basics.
