This yoga class involves some physical exertion including (but not limited to) weight-bearing on the hands, balancing, strength work, stretches, compression with a block or ball, breathing exercises and poses that influence nerves and circulation. 

 

As with all physical activities some risks are involved - including (but not limited to) physical injuries from falling, muscle strain or sprain, changes to blood pressure eg fainting, heart attack or stroke, nerve impingement or compression, and the potential aggravation of existing health conditions. 

 

By participating in this class you acknowledge awareness of these risks, and that you are participating at your own risk. You have a suitable, non-slip floor space free of any potential obstacles. You are in adequate physical and mental health to participate. If you have any doubts about your capacity to participate, you agree that it is your responsibility to consult your medical care provider. 

 

By participating in this class, you agree to assume full responsibility for any risks or involved or injuries that result, and agree to waive any claim against Rachel Land Yoga.
